Oozing industrial chic, the covered outdoor dining space features a top-of-the-line barbecue unit built into the granite island kitchen counter and a long dinner table and benches made of matching brushed concrete. The addition of a poolside sala, perched on the corner of the plot and overlooking the Andaman sea, means sundowner rituals easily become an irresistible part of the stay. Just as communal mix-and-mingle spaces abound, five spacious bedrooms await their guests and offer private retreat at the end of an activity-packed day. Outdoor bathtubs are sunken into the private terraces of three en-suite rooms, while master bedroom guests are invited for an extended al fresco soak on their secluded terrace.

Inclusions
Should the villa be rented for special events (weddings, commercial film production,
corporate retreats, etc.), a different rate and security deposit structure may apply. A resident CHEF and HOUSEKEEPER / BUTLER staff each villa. Their working hours are 0630 to 2230. Their service is included in the price of the villa rental. On occasion, and with prior notice, they are also available for late-night special events. Guests are met at the airport and escorted to the villa. Two separate airport pickups and two airport drop-offs are provided free of charge. Additional transfers are charged to the guest at the rate of THB 1,200 per one-way journey. Villa owners
reserve the right to amend this provision in cases when rates have been discounted from normal seasonal rack rates.
Daily linen service (sheets and towels) is complimentary. A few personal items can be laundered at the villa upon request. Guests are encouraged to use nearby professional laundry and dry cleaning services.
