GREEN CURRY - Has You choose either shrimp, fish, chicken, pork, or seafood, which is cooked wok-style, with fresh vegetables, and locally-grown spices, herbs, and leaves of different flavors. There is also Yellow, Red, or Black curry which are served at many local-style Thai restaurants. Try a different color each time that You eat, and find your' favorite.! Each color has a different flavor and unique taste & style.
PAD THAI - There are several different ways that Pad Thai is cooked, however the taste is quite good, whatever way that You choose it to be made for You. Normally, fried-noodle, egg, water-sprouts, spices, and fresh shrimp (or other meat) are cooked on a sizzling-flat-skillet until the shrimp is finished cooking, (an extra egg - omelet-style, wrapped around your' Pad Thai, really completes the meal.
SOM TUM - A local-favorite SURE.! Thai people eat this at least 2 - 3 times per week, for either lunch or dinner, however, it is not as tasty if not eaten within 1 - 4 hours of being prepared. Raw tiny-Crab are easily set to the side, - DO NOT order it spicy(hot) or You will not be able to eat your' order. Ask for a side of sticky-rice and one(1) piece of fried-chicken and it becomes a meal.
KHAO PAD - This is Fried Rice, Thailand style. Cooked in a wok, with your' choice of vegetarian, pork, shrimp, fish, seafood, chicken and sometimes beef.
TOM KHA KAI - This tasty bowl of soup is a meal unto its self. Chicken is the meat normally, coconut milk is the base of the soup-broth, and the unique vegetables, spices and herbs make every spoonful a joy to savor.
