Our friendly staff will go through all the details and paperwork which is required to be completed before you move in,  such as a security deposit of 2 months, which can be submitted to our Company by using a bank wire transfer, and all of the extra costs such as the electricity usage and water used per month. These utilities are easily paid at any 7-11 Store which are open 24 hours on Phuket Island.

The prices for long term rentals vary depending on the length of time agreed upon.  Should you rent a home or villa for a four month period, the monthly price could be as low as 20,000 THB.  This same exact residence lowers in price for a 6 month agreement to 18,000 THB, and drops to only 14,000 THB on a one year agreement.

Pool villas monthly prices start at around  40,000 THB on a one year contract,  and luxury high end villas with stunning ocean views can be rented for about  300,000 THB a month with an annual agreement.
