Thai cusine

When living in Thailand,   you   will  find that Thai people do not have a breakfast-menu. Traditional   breakfasts,  will  have to be made at your place, or you will have to eat at a non-Thai food establishment, or a Resort / Hotel, to order a standard style breakfast. Most Thai-foods at restaurants center around rice.

Few dishes are served without rice on the plate or in a bowl to the side, for everyone to share.Seafood dishes, with Shrimp, Crab,  fresh-fish  and squid all caught locally,  prepared by frying or boiling, and stirred-in with fresh vegetables and spices. Thais also make soups (Curry) in  either  yellow,  red, or  green sauce,   each with a distinct flavor all its’ own.Chicken,  Duck,  and  Pork are the normal meat choices on  any Thai menu, and remember that these are available for breakfast,  lunch, or  dinner.

Fried in a  skillet or Wok, or boiled or cooked inside a Curry (yellow,  red,   green,  and a clear-broth),  mixed with fresh vegetables, and seasonings & spices, and served with or over white-rice, or mixed into fried-rice. Eggs any way that you like them cooked are available anytime of the day, and are served over white rice at most meals as a side dish. Thailand also has a special restaurant called Bar BQ, open only at dinner-time, which is an all-you-can-eat fixed-price banquet, where you choose what you want to eat,  and  you cook it in a large cooking-pot built into the table you are eating at. Desserts are usually fruit-based, and steamed or fried, and are served at every meal, as an option. Never order your food cooked extra-spicy, as Thai people have a very-high tolerance to spicy-foods, and your meal will be un-eatable and too hot for you.
