This spacious 8 bedrooms holiday villa located in Nai Harn. 5 min drive to the beach. The 600 square meters of tropical gardens are beautifully landscaped with natural vegetation. The villa can be rented as a 5 or 8 bedrooms accommodation, each with it's own private bathroom and large shower . The villa is constructed in a "U" shape form around the 56 square meter pool (7 x 8 m) with six person Jacuzzi and large sundeck equipped with sun loungers and tables. The villa comprises of three buildings, the main building with three bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen. The second building houses the two bedrooms and bathrooms. All this 5 bedrooms of the villa have direct access to the pool.Third building join with pool area by the nice outdoor terrace covered with the roof. Than upstairs have two bedrooms, one is grand master bedroom and another bedroom with the office. Downstairs from terrace you can find guest bedroom with bathroom and large TV room and also visit SPA area with steam sauna, jacuzzi and massage tables.There is a separate maid's quarters with own bathroom. Laundry area and storage facilities are situated at the back of the villa.

Full time housekeeper / maid service from 8 am to 3 pm (Six days per week).
Hi speed internet (Fiber Optic) is free for the guests

Electric and water pay separate on the villa by the meters.
Meters start will record on arrival and check on departure day.
Coast of electric is 6 baht/kwatt and water is 50 baht/unit
Transport: Guests can rent a car on request from villa manager, she has contact with car rental Company with big choice of cars.
