This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining.Accommodation comprises of 6 bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom), all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 4 singles, and 1 queen-sized bed. Therefore it comfortably accommodates 14 people.Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath.The remaining 6 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 2 also has a king-sized four-poster bed, as well as built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and allow access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding doors enabling direct access to the swimming pool. Bedroom 4, also en-suite, has full size twin beds along with its own 42" TV and DVD player. Bedroom 5, with single bunk-beds, and bedroom 6, with king-size bed, share a large bathroom and are conveniently located in a semi self-contained area of the main villa. Bedroom 7 has a queen bed, again with en-suite bathroom, and is ideal for a maid or nanny.The ground floor is specifically designed to offer a two bedroom semi self-contained area, if additional privacy is required. This area comprises of bedrooms 5, 6 & 7, and a spacious second living room, boasting another 42" flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV, as well as a pool table.Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50" flat screen TV, DVD player (plus selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, as well as a bluetooth music system. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the valley views.The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

The villa come with a fulltime housekeeper/daily maid, who can prepare and cook breakfast and lunch for you, service charge is included in the rental, and you pay for only groceries/ingredients. If you would like a meal from the in-house Thai menu in the evening, or a Western BBQ, this can also be arranged. The cost is 1,000 THB for the cooks evening service, plus cost of groceries. We have in house Breakfast, Thai, Children’s and BBQ menus to choose from.
