This spacious villa located in Nai Harn area. The loveley sandy beach only 10 walk. The wide range restaurants, shops within walking ditsance. The proeprty comprises of 7 bedrooms (with the 7th bedroom being also suitable for maids or nannies). All 7 bedroom have en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king sized beds and the other three bedrooms having a mixture of single beds and bunk beds, to allow optimum use of space for families and children. The 7 rooms combine to comfortably accommodating 18 people.Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering two single beds, with private bathroom, so could be ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night.The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3, 4 and 5 all have king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 5 has an extra single bed with the king size bed, so again ideal for younger children sharing a room with parents, or children who all want to share the same room. Sliding double doors take you from all bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 is spacious with two sets of bunk beds, and again a private bathroom ideally designed for children, or for a family wishing to all sleep closer to each other. Bedroom 7 has a single bed and one set of bunk beds, so can be used for children or up to three staff. Although designed as a room for staff, it can comfortably accommodate adult guest if they do not wish to share with others.

The villa come with a fulltime housekeeper/daily maid, who can prepare and cook breakfast and lunch for you, service charge is included in the rental, and you pay for only groceries/ingredients. If you would like a meal from the in-house Thai menu in the evening, or a Western BBQ, this can also be arranged. The cost is 1,000 THB for the cooks evening service, plus cost of groceries. We have in house Breakfast, Thai, Children’s and BBQ menus to choose from.
