The living area has a low level L shaped sofa, flat screen LCD TV, cable and home theatre. You will find a wide selection of DVD’s, CD’s and board games for all the family. An open plan fully fitted western kitchen rounds out the accommodation on this floor. Outside there is a wide (4.5m) pool deck, an 8 x 4m infinity edged pool with integral seat and Jacuzzi.

The villa come with a fulltime housekeeper/daily maid, who can prepare and cook breakfast and lunch for you, service charge is included in the rental, and you pay for only groceries/ingredients. If you would like a meal from the in-house Thai menu in the evening, or a Western BBQ, this can also be arranged. The cost is 1,000 THB for the cooks evening service, plus cost of groceries. We have in house Breakfast, Thai, Children’s and BBQ menus to choose from.
