Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, built-in wardrobes, wall safe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Sliding double doors take you onto a private balcony with beautiful open valley views and the distant hills. A second bedroom with queen bed and single bed above is also located upstairs, ideal for children who need to be close to their parents over night. All beds have crisp white cotton bed linen and comfortable mattresses. The remaining 4/5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. A large games room with pool table, dart board, running machine and cross trainer to keep guests entertained inside. Also downstairs is a second living room with 50” TV, DVD player and cable TV ideal for the children.The fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

The villa come with a fulltime housekeeper/daily maid, who can prepare and cook breakfast and lunch for you, service charge is included in the rental, and you pay for only groceries/ingredients. If you would like a meal from the in-house Thai menu in the evening, or a Western BBQ, this can also be arranged. The cost is 1,000 THB for the cooks evening service, plus cost of groceries. We have in house Breakfast, Thai, Children’s and BBQ menus to choose from.
