The wonderful views and tropical ambience are complimented by the villa layout which encourage guests to spend a lot of their time al fresco either relaxing on the covered terraces, beside the ocean view pool or on the open area decking beside the villas own private bar area.
Location
The villa is located on the Cape Panwa peninsula which is on the south eastern part of the island of Phuket. Easily accessed by a 1.2 km private road through a rubber plantation that lends the property a real sense of seclusion.
It is a very private waterfront villa sitting on a large land area of over 3000 m2. With 180 degree views out over Phanggna bay and the two nearby National Park protected islands of Koh Tapa Yai and Koh Tapa Noi and on a clear day the famed islands of Koh Phi Phi can be seen sitting on the horizon.
The villa is managed by a profession staff who will ensure that the villa and bedrooms are cleaned and tidied daily. Additional to this, upon request, we can arrange for extra staff to assist with cooking, driving and massage therapy.The local area is quiet and , unspoilt and relaxing with little traffic , but good roads to provide quick access to nearby beaches ( 5 minutes drive ) , Phuket Town ( ten minutes ) and west coast beach towns ( 25 minutes )
A huge advantage of the location is that you are so close to so many easy to get to perfect tropical island beaches. It’s so easy to arrange a local long tail boat or speedboat which can whisk you and your guests to islands between 5 minutes or 40 minutes . There is no sitting in traffic or having to get up early. Just call the boat and be on your way with a towel , some sun cream and a smile in 10 minutes!
