The master bedroom suite is located on the ground floor and has a king- size bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun deck and into the private swimming pool. Also located on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and sliding double doors opening onto the sun deck. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, ideal for a family. One has a king-size bed, and the other two single beds. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with walk- in shower. Both these bedrooms open onto a balcony, with an outdoor stairway allowing you direct access to the swimming pool. This villa offers the unique luxury of a stand-alone pool house, adjacent to the main living quarters, providing its own privacy. It consists of a king-size bed, and en-suite bathroom, opening onto the sun deck and swimming pool.

The villa come with a fulltime housekeeper/daily maid, who can prepare and cook breakfast and lunch for you, service charge is included in the rental, and you pay for only groceries/ingredients. If you would like a meal from the in-house Thai menu in the evening, or a Western BBQ, this can also be arranged. The cost is 1,000 THB for the cooks evening service, plus cost of groceries.
